- 300 grams of farfalle pasta
- 3raw anchovies
- 1 broccoli
- Parmesan cheese
- 3 litres of water
- 1 spoonful of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 spoonful of olive oil
- 2 spoonfuls of salt
Fill the pan with the three litres of water and salt; bring to the boil.
When it is boiling, add the broccoli that has been cut into pieces and boil for three minutes.
Remove the broccoli with a skimming ladle and run it under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Put the pasta in the boiling water of the same pan that was used for the broccoli and boil for the amount of time specified on the pasta package.
Strain and put it back in the pan with a spoonful of olive oil.
Finely chop the broccoli, anchovies and the garlic in half, fry in a frying pan with butter and a bit of salt.
Add it to the pan with the pasta in it and serve with parmesan cheese.
