1. Wash the artichokes, remove the hard leaves and cut the top off.
2. Soak the artichokes in water with lemon and flour for 20 minutes.
3. Fry them in hot oil for 5 minutes.
4. Spread open the artichoke leaves like a flower and give them a blast of heat on the grill.
5. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
