- 1 piece of broccoli
- 80 grams of oatmeal
- 120 ml of warm water
- Fresh tomato
- Purple onion
- Sweet corn
- Black olives
- 1 spoonful of olive oil
- 1 spoonful of bicarbonate
- Powdered garlic
- A pinch of salt
Preheat the oven at 180ºC and chop up the broccoli, but not the stem.
Mix it with the flour, spices, water, a spoonful of bicarbonate, a pinch of salt and a spoonful of olive oil until the consistency of the dough is just right to put on the baking paper in a round or square pizza shape.
Bake it in the oven until the dough is crisp or goes a golden brown colour.
Take it out of the oven and put the ingredients on top: pesto for the base, fresh tomato, purple onion, sweet corn, spinach and black olives.
Then, put it back in the oven again until it is all golden brown.
